Mckenna is 11 months old

Mckenna turned 11 months on Oct. 19th 2010. I can not believe how fast she is growing. She has been saying mama and dada for awhile now her new sound is nar nar nar over and over its so funny. She picked up her baby doll yesterday and bought it to hear face and started yelling nar nar nar at it. She is not walking yet but she is dancing. She shakes her little booty its so cute. She walks around the furniture all day and can go up the stairs. She can stand for a few seconds but she does not show any interest in walking. She has been sleeping through the night for about two months so that has been really nice. Caden asked me yesterday why Mckenna could not talk and I told him when she gets older she will talk. Caden then asked if she needed new batteries.
Being a mom is the biggest blessing there is. I love every moment of it.

My Morning

See full size image
Woke up at 6:30 this morning after having a bad dream about spiders. I HATE SPIDERS! I decide to put Kenna in her bed so I could sleep for another hour or so, I flip the covers off us and a huge wolf spider comes running out for under Kenna off the bed. (thank goodness that it did not run towards me) The thing was the size of a half dollar coin it was a solid spider. And I am not just talking really long legs I am talking about the size of its body.
So I pick up Kenna and take her to her room. I go back into my room to look for this spider because it must die or I will not be able to sleep in this room ever again. I get my flip flop and find find my intruder still on my bed. Kevin is still asleep. As I stand there and plan my attack that thought of it getting away from me is just to much to bear. I start to have a total panic attack. I can not get myself to get close enough to killer the spider. So I decide that this is a job for Kevin, I said kevin wake up and do not move. I was so scared that he would move and the spider would get away. Kevin gets up comes around to my side of the bed. We talk for a second about what just happened and i tell him the spider must die, it can not get away or you will be sleeping alone in here until its found. Kevin being the nice guy he is or just the fact that he is a boy at heart wants to catch the spider. So he takes my flip flop and a glass cup to catch it. At this point I feel like I am in a scary movie my heart is racing out of my chest I could not watch. I go around the corner cause there is no way a spider can jump through a wall. Then I hear Kevin yelp that is the best word to use cause he didn't scream but I could tell by the noise that he did not catch the spider. I stayed around the corning in fear that if I looked around the corner the spider might be running towards me this time. I really do not think that i would have been able to handle that. Kevin said that the spider was dead so I went to go see the dead spider body just to make sure that he was not lying. That was my lovely wake up this morning!

McKenna is really starting to enjoy playing with toys. She also will play in her jumper for a little bit too. She is sleep about 4 hours spans at night too. Her naps during the day are getting longer two. Its makes life so much easier. I am really enjoying picking out her outfits every morning. Sometimes when I change her diaper I change her whole outfit just so I can pick out a new outfit lol.

McKenna 4 months old

Bailey wanted to be in the picture too lol
4 months came so fast. The boys are starting to really enjoy her a lot. She is laughing and smiling they enjoy entertaining her. McKenna is a very demanding baby this has been the first month that i have been able to put her down. She is still getting up every two hours at night to eat. She is only 12lbs so I am ok with getting up to feed her because she needs to put on some weight. I love having a daughter! She is so much harder then the boys were at this age.
